- Take action from love instead of resentment: this feels SO much better and takes a lot of the drama out of boundaries
- Stop being scared of following through on boundaries: when you see a boundary as an act of love and care, it can be easier to allow the other person to have their own emotional experience without taking responsibility for it
- Foster a more empowered way of being in relationship: when you build the muscle of loving boundaries you'll create the conditions for you to be your best
