This virtual workshop will teach you gentle Ayurvedic lifestyle concepts (like the doshas!) and tools so that you can feel healthy and focused on your life's work, even in uncertainty. We'll have extra focus on keeping your immune system strong.
Spring is such an important time to clear out the old to make space for the new.
To assist in this process, you'll design your own simple mind-body cleanse and will learn to understand this seasonal ritual in a more profound way. This can be such a great way to stay grounded and connected to yourself in the midst of rapid change.
From this clear foundation, you'll then imagine your ideal life and design it via goals and an action plan.
We'll talk about what this means in the midst of uncertainty.
