This 3 day training is for introverted women who want to feel more confident and calm so that they can feel better in their lives and show up in this chaotic world with grace.

Because chronic self-doubt sucks...
Chronic self-doubt not only causes a lot of suffering and stress, but it also creates a life that can feel heavy and trapped. When you’re operating from a place of not-enoughness, you can tend to show up in your work and personal relationships from a place of needing external validation. This can lend itself to people pleasing, excess concern over what others think, needing your work to be perfect, overworking, overpromising and burning yourself out.
It might seem like you just need a new boss, a new job, a new partner, or to jump ship and move to a beach in Mexico.
In reality, the problem is actually that you’re living your life day after day from a place of self-doubt. The life that you’ve created has been built on that feeling… everything you do becomes a reflection of those insecurities, low self-worth and internal drama.
As an introvert, you can tend to spend a LOT of time wrapped up in your own mind.
This can feel terrible when your mind is full of self-doubt….
Think about it….
How much time do you spend mulling over what you should have said at your last work meeting?
Or how burnt out you are on a relationship because you know you need better boundaries but you don’t want to say no and make them feel bad?
The good news is that you have more control over self-doubt than you realize...
Just look at the first part of the word... "SELF".
That's not just saying "doubt in you"... but also "doubt BY you".
Doubt in your self BY your self....
And guess where ALL of that is happening...???
It's happening IN you! In that amazing human brain of yours.
This means that it's YOU that creates self doubt... AND it also means that YOU are also the one that can change it.
You can learn to create lasting self-confidence for yourself.

I’m a holistic life coach. I help healers, therapists and introverted women to feel grounded and empowered in their work and life.
Using a mind-body-spirit approach, I teach my clients how to overcome self-doubt, overwhelm and anxiety.
I'm a certified life coach from The Life Coach School, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a yoga teacher. I love backcountry skiing in the mountains of Alaska (my home) and dabbling in creative activities of all kinds.
