What we’ll be doing
This retreat will be a unique blend of yoga, breathwork, Ayurveda and life coaching.
We’ll focus on:
- Clearing stagnation out of the body, mind & emotions with gentle yoga
- Calming the nervous system with deep rest
- Connecting with yourself through Abyanga (self-massage), visualization and meditation
- Creating a vision for the new year based on your values and how you want to feel
- Learning simple self-coaching tools to support you through the year as you cultivate your vision

Just like in life, we can get stuck in patterns when it comes to how we use our space. The process of transforming your space to make room for who you want to be will support the larger transformation you want to make in 2023.

And I’m here to help. I’ll provide you with simple recommendations as well as short videos on creating sacred space, ritual and safety to believe in your dreams.
