Join this online class to press the pause button on your busy life and enjoy an hour all for you… to breathe, to move & to rest deeply.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by holiday stress (weather, shopping and family events, oh my!), then this is the perfect break for you.

By taking time to pause midweek, you signal to your body that it’s safe to rest and you prove to your mind that you do have enough time to slow down. This helps reinforce a healthy pattern of balancing effort with ease that will serve you even after the class.

This online class will be an intuitively guided blend of:

  • Yoga (gentle & restorative)
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Chanting
  • Meditation
  • Self-reflection
  • Option to chat afterwards and connect with like-minded folks

Most importantly, there will be space for you to let go of what you’ve been holding and tap into a deep well of inner peace.

Do as much or as little as you like, this time is yours.

What will we be doing in the class?

Pause will combine gentle yoga movement with breathwork, guided meditation and some self-reflective journaling.

I like to create my classes intuitively, based on the energy of the moment and of my students so I might mix things up a bit or include some chanting and Ayurvedic wisdom.

I will be guiding you through my Morning Heart-to-Heart technique that will help you to cultivate safety and connection within yourself.

If you have any requests for movement, feelings to support (grief, self-doubt, worry), please feel free to let me know via email or at the beginning of class so that I can best support you.

Hi, my name is Heidi and a life coach for introverts.

Using a mind-body-spirit approach, I teach my clients how to overcome self-doubt, overwhelm and anxiety so that they can create a life they love. My clients build businesses, healthy relationships and go all-in on their dreams.

I'm a certified life coach from The Life Coach School, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a yoga teacher. I love backcountry skiing in the mountains of Alaska (my home) and dabbling in creative activities of all kinds.
