January pause evening restorative class

January pause: restorative evening class

A restorative practice to release stress & connect with your inner wisdom

As the year ramps up with more light and more things to do, we can feel pressure, stress and familiar patterns of anxiety.

Often we beat ourselves up thinking about all the things we “should” be doing in the new year, but instead of feeling focused, we feel even more stress.

Deliberately creating space for you to pause, nourish and recollect yourself becomes essential for supporting yourself to show up with joy to your busy life. Through quiet, the layers of stress can settle and your inner wisdom can become more accessible, becoming a steady source of guidance and support for you to pursue your goals.

Join me for an hour of your evening to breathe, move & rest. There will be a little bit of:

  • Yoga (gentle & restorative)
  • Pranayama (breathing)
  • Chanting
  • Meditation
  • Self-reflection
  • Option to chat afterwards and connect with like-minded folks

Most importantly, there will be space for you to let go of what you’ve been holding and tap into a deep inner well of wisdom.

Do as much or as little as you like, this time is yours.
