The 3 Week Flow
Release - Week 1
This week is all about simplifying your life and inviting a conscious pause in your habits. This might include simplifying your diet, your communication, your media consumption, your activity level, etc.
You’ll tune into old ways of thinking and being that you’re ready to let go.
In this section, you’ll also learn about the Ayurvedic perspective on spring, the Kapha Dosha and self-care techniques that help release stuckness and stagnation in the body and the mind.
You'll create a simple plan for your own, custom cleanse.

Align - Week 2
As you deepen into your cleanse, you'll naturally create space to call in what you desire. You’ll connect to the greatest vision of your life and life potential through self-reflection exercises and our bonus self-care practice videos.
You’ll practice embodying this alignment (i.e. feeling it in your body) so that you feel it on a deep level.
We’ll pay special attention to cultivating bravery and empowerment.

Energize - Week 3
This week is about integrating your growth into your normal life and adjusting your path so that you're moving towards your life vision. You'll get clear on the habits and ways of thinking that will support who you want to become and create a simple plan for moving forward.
You’ll identify future changes that you want to make and strategies for dealing with the inevitable obstacles that will arise.
Benefits: Have a simple action plan, feel more empowered in your work, life and relationships.
Week 4
Catch up time, get extra support as you integrate your cleanse experience into your "normal" life.
Course structure
The course is designed to adapt to your availability and desire for participation.
Everything is optional and you can do as much or as little as you like.
There will be three weeks of lessons and coaching calls, with an extra 2 weeks of access to me for support (making the course one month long). This is so that you have more space to go at your own pace, without feeling rushed.
Each week, new videos pertaining to the weekly theme will be released that you can watch at any time. They will teach concepts and provide instruction for the weekly exercises (which will be creating your cleanse, clarifying your life vision, creating a plan).
There will be an optional, live 60 minute Zoom coaching call each week where you can ask me questions or work on your weekly exercises. If you can’t attend, you can submit your questions ahead of time and I’ll answer them on the call. You’ll have access to the recordings. Your questions are often shared by others, and can be incredibly valuable to the group.
We will be using a Facebook group for the video lessons, as well as communication. You’re welcome to ask questions in the group or message me directly if that is more comfortable for you.
We will be using Facebook quite a bit so please be sure you’re comfortable with that. It can help if you bookmark the group so you can reduce distraction.
Bonus self-care videos
Each week, you'll also have bonus self-care practices that include guided meditations, tapping (EFT) and yoga practices by our amazing guest teacher, Kara Troglin. Kara is a trauma informed yoga teacher who specializes in anxiety and mental health. She’ll be sharing short yoga practices to support you in each week of your cleanse.
