Why this work is important
When you’re a busy person with a tendency towards anxiety, life can often feel like bumper cars, bouncing you around from one stressful situation to the next. When this is repeated day after day, you create a rhythm of life that is based on stress.
You might wake up and immediately start worrying about your email, then rush through your morning, get overwhelmed with things to do, and end up working through lunch or later than you’d like. You come home feeling exhausted and struggle to follow through with your yoga and self-care routine, let alone be fully present for the people in your life
Such patterns can become even more present during the fall and winter months. Without the energy of summer to give you an extra boost, you can find yourself feeling more exhausted and with less resilience to stress and sickness.
This workshop will help you to get out of this pattern of stress. The concepts and tools you’ll learn form a foundation for positive mental health and balanced living that will decrease anxiety and overwhelm. You’ll create more calm & confidence… which help you to love your life (and yourself).
What you’ll experience
The class will include teaching, reflection, discussion and meditation, as well as coaching to help you integrate what you learn.
I incorporate trauma-informed spaceholding techniques to help create a comfortable learning environment for all.
We meet online, via Zoom. You can join with or without video. A recording will be available for 10 days.
Who it’s for
Folx who want to use lifestyle and mindset to feel more peace and joy in their work, relationships and life purpose. You’re looking for solutions to better mental health rather than temporary relief of symptoms (through medication, caffeine or vacations). Interest in yoga, Ayurveda and personal growth are a plus.

I'm a certified life coach from The Life Coach School, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a yoga teacher. I love backcountry skiing in the mountains of Alaska (my home) and dabbling in creative activities of all kinds.
