[00:00:00] Hi friends. I wanted to take a moment and record a bonus episode here to thank all of you who have helped make launch week an amazing week.
[00:00:14] I wouldn't be here without the support and help of so many amazing people. And I'd like to take a moment to really acknowledge you here in this bonus episode. So, first of all, just creating a podcast. It is a really big endeavor and I've had an on my mind for a while. And, but it wasn't until now that I felt truly ready. And part of that was because of all of the learning and examples that I've done in the last year or two.
[00:00:51] And so I wanted to acknowledge that George Kao, his podcast. Class, which was very short and made it seem very simple, was instrumental in helping me to realize that, Hey, I can do this. He introduced me to Captivate, which is where I am housing, my podcasts.
[00:01:14] And through Captivate, I found their amazing resources. There's o Mark at Captivate did a great how to launch a podcast. Course it's totally free online. It's been amazing and so helpful for me. It was his idea t o record an acknowledgement episode and look at me, I'm doing it.
[00:01:37] I also want to shout out Stacy Boehman and her Creating Big Things c ourse that's in the 200 K program that was so, so helpful in helping me really see this podcast in the bigger picture.
[00:01:54] In terms of the mission and impact that I want this to have for introverts and the long term. And it's been really helpful for me to take action from a place of vision. And a larger, bigger version of myself and what's possible.
[00:02:17] Rho Thomas also gave me some great tips on launching a podcast and having a launch party, which it's been such a fun idea to implement. my way with my cat and on the social media platforms that I'm on to. Thank you RO. Also, I have been looking to other podcasters, my friends and colleagues in the coaching world. And wanted to shout out, especially A Verzone, leah Davidson and Suzanne Culberg. I checked out your podcast s and saw how you did it and have really been inspired to see you leading the way for me. So thank you.
[00:03:03] And then so many of you have joined in the excitement and listening and sharing. So, so grateful to Anne Gore, tJ Sarah Fisher, Kayti Heller. Romana, my mother, Karen, my husband Felipe, Miron and Vitor.
[00:03:25] Also my colleagues, Pamela Malo and Sarah Watkins. And then just my friends who have been cheering me on Renata and Laelani Rachel, Brooke, Layla, and all the wonderful comments from my clients. I'm so excited. That this podcast will now be a resource for you all. And for my clients is specially I already had a session with a client yesterday who had listened to the episodes and was incorporating it into into the session and just finding so much value in being able to pause and really think about the concepts and to be able to come back to it any time they want.
[00:04:13] So. So amazing. So, thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much for being here. And I so appreciate your support and your continued listening and sharing and leaving reviews wherever you can, please.
