This is a 3 class series for beginners that explores core concepts of Ayurveda and provides practices to apply to your own life.
Class 1 May 10th: The Doshas: Learn how the patterns of nature (the doshas) apply to you and how to balance them.
Class 2 May 17th: Food & Eating: Understand how the doshas can help with food choices, learn Ayurvedic guidelines to help with digestion and get recommended recipes.
Class 3 May 24th : Sleep & Body Care: understand how Ayurveda can help with sleep problems and get body care tips to help you feel more balanced.
