I’m excited to invite you to a online restorative class on January 26th.
It will be an online space where you can pause, nourish and recollect yourself so that you can show up with joy to your busy life.
As the year ramps up with more light and more things to do, we can feel pressure, stress and familiar patterns of anxiety. Often we beat ourselves up thinking about all the things we “should” be doing in the new year, so instead of feeling motivated, we feel even more stress.
Deliberately creating space for you to get quiet helps the layers of stress to settle and your inner wisdom to become more accessible. This is an ideal state for the pursuit of your new year’s goals.

The class will be via Zoom on Wednesday, January 26 at 6:00pm AKST / 7:00pm PST.
In our hour together we will do:
- Yoga (gentle & restorative)
- Pranayama (breathing)
- Chanting
- Meditation
- Self-reflection
- Option to chat afterwards and connect with like-minded folks
